The Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery has an active exhibition and events programme, which attracts visitors from around the world. Its exhibits range from meteorites to mummies. It is one of Scotland's oldest art galleries and is named after William Hunter, who was Royal Surgeon to King George.
Admission is free. Opening times: The Museum is open from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
